Stay terms and house rules
Every material term of a stay, stated before you book. These terms form part of your booking confirmation.
Stay length
- Minimum and maximum stay
- Minimum stay is 2 nights. Long stays of up to 12 months can be arranged directly with the management team.
Arrival
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Late arrivals can be arranged in advance with on-site management.
Money
- Payment schedule
- Stays under 28 nights are payable in full before arrival. Longer stays are payable monthly in advance.
Utilities
- Utilities and internet
- Water and Wi-Fi are included. Electricity is included up to the monthly allowance shown on each apartment; usage above this is billed at cost.
Cancellation
- Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.
House rules
- Visitors
- Guests may receive visitors between 08:00 and 22:00. Overnight visitors must be registered with security.
- Pets and smoking
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are considered case by case and must be approved in writing.
- Parking and quiet hours
- One reserved parking bay per apartment. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00.
Support
- Maintenance requests
- Maintenance is reported to on-site management and attended to within 24 hours for urgent issues.
