Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. Late arrivals can be arranged in advance with on-site management.
Payment schedule
Stays under 28 nights are payable in full before arrival. Longer stays are payable monthly in advance.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.

Guests may receive visitors between 08:00 and 22:00. Overnight visitors must be registered with security.
Pets and smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are considered case by case and must be approved in writing.
